Click on the circles for more information about each knife

1. Petty Knife

Thanks to its short blade, the Petty is ideal for fine, delicate cuts and therefore perfect for peeling fruit and vegetables.

2. Small Santoku

Like its big brother, it is suitable for fish, meat and vegetables, but is characterised by its low weight.

3. Cleaver Knife

Large quantities are child's play with the Nakiri. But don't be fooled, because the sharp blade can also be used to cut fine strips.

4. Bred Knife

Instead of crushing the bread with blunt blades, the bread knife glides through even the hardest bread crust thanks to the sharp blade and extra-high prongs.

5. Big Santoku

Santoku stands for the three virtues: Fish, meat and vegetables. This knife is ideal for cutting these three most important ingredients.

6. Boning Knife

The slim blade makes it easy to remove fish fillets or poultry bones. The flexibility of the blade also helps to cut round contours right on the bone.

7. Chef Knife

The chef's knife is an indispensable all-rounder for professional and amateur chefs, which should not be missing in any kitchen.

8. Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is used in Japan for cutting fresh fish and sushi. The narrow blade guarantees the cutting of wafer-thin slices due to the minimal friction and is therefore ideal for ham and carpaccio.
